Laser cutting machine of the surface of the workpiece and the electrode has a lot of oxide layer or dirt, which creates a welding block, because too thick oxide and dirty material can make the current conduction, thus the cause of the welding not firm.
If above welding workpiece is clean, still appear this kind of circumstance, so may be the workpiece surface micro rough, parts can only be formed in the rough surface of local contact point, and internal contact less than current artifacts, so didn't reach perfect welding.
