Laser cutting machine welding is better than the conventional welding of stainless steel is easy to obtain high quality connectors. Because of laser welding of high welding speed and heat affected zone is small, reduce the overheating when the stainless steel welding and linear expansion coefficient of large negative effects, weld defects such as pores and inclusions. Compared with carbon steel, stainless steel with low coefficient of thermal conductivity, high energy absorption and melting efficiency is more likely to get deep narrow molten weld.
