My brand \"Rock and ride\" shirt has been trying to print stickers for several years.
My wife and I went to a motorcycle event and set up a booth to sell our gear.
I think it might be helpful to pack stickers into suits to sell them better.
However, this means I need to come up with some packaging that is both cheap and has a small number of units that look professional and fun.
I\'m a member of the Pittsburgh tech store.
With their laser cutting machine, I think it might be a cool way to do it.
I made these tags in the tech store.
I had a lot of cereal and frozen pizza so there was a lot of cardboard/cardboard going towards the trash.
Since it has only one print, is sturdy and does not take up a lot of space and is free, it is the perfect candidate for the job.
I came up with a design in Adobe Illustrator using the engraving and cutting features of the laser cutter.
I remember it was cool when the billboard along the road started to have extra parts stuck \"outside the box.
I got some impact from it and decided to cut and fold on the label to form a prominent or custom shape.
I then carved the brand icon and logo along with the \"sticker pack \".
Then I can fold the tag on the bag sticker category.
I mark them permanently with a Sharpie to identify them as \"1\" or \"2 \". . . . . . The \"3\" package is currently working.
Design the packaging in the vector base design software of your choice.
Pay attention to the settings you need to get good results from the laser cutting machine you use.
I send my cutting line to RGB red for the line weight.
003 and set the engraving area to RGB Black.
Output/print the design to the cutting software (job cutter)in my case.
It may take several trial runs, so be sure to have additional material at the beginning.
Even if you \'ve done your project in the past, wear and tear on lenses and machine parts can change efficiency, so it\'s always a good idea to get into the habit or at least expect several test runs in the settings.
Then go ahead and write down your settings in case there is a power outage in the middle
Work, or have a starting point next time you make more.
I used the basic paper/cardboard settings but increased the power moderately and reduced the etching speed.
I like deeper etching and don\'t mind the discoloration caused by heavy burning.
Cut and remove from the machine, repeat the process until you reach at least the quantity you need.
If you can afford the material and the time, I do suggest you cut more. (
