CNC cutting machine power failure caused by reasons: 1)
Power supply quality is not high, the power fluctuation, and the fault of the NC system is more sensitive to the requirement of power supply.

The NC system itself, the system is unstable.
According to this judgment, first of all, 24 v supply voltage monitor, found that the voltage amplitude is low, only about 21 v.
After observation found that at the moment is out of order, the voltage floating down, and the NC system, when the power is the trigger voltage immediately picks up to about 22 v.
Failure usually occurs in the spindle starts up, the reason may be that there is something wrong with the 24 v rectifier transformer, capacity is not enough, or interturn short circuit, rectifier voltage on the low side, the grid voltage fluctuation, affect the normal work of the NC system.
In order to determine the cause of the fault, the ac 380 V power supply with ac regulated power supply voltage to 400 V, the fault haven't appeared.
To replace the 24 v rectifier transformer, the problem solved.
