Laser cutting machine laser antifreeze notice:
1, please empty before use water cooling machine, laser, laser output head, head and all the water in the pipe, and is not higher than 0. 4Mpa（ 4bar） Air is blown dry.
2, in the process of the ventilation and drainage check QBH and QCS laser output end of the cooling fluid direction of imports and exports, 'in' for imports, 'out' for export, have to be imported to the ventilation. If exports to QBH or QCS bubbled into gas is likely to cause damage to internal fiber ( Because of air flow velocity is higher) 。
3, check the antifreeze antifreeze ability on the outer packing mark ( Freezing point temperature) Under local environment of low temperature at least more than 5 degrees.
