Four kinds of laser cutting precision

The first: the shape of the laser beam depends on a key factors to effect the precision of laser cutting machine for cutting. Under the condition of the conical laser beam, the thickness of the workpiece, the greater the accuracy would be lower, so the greater the kerf width. Second: when the conical laser beam after together, at this point becomes small, so the precision of the laser cutting is also becoming more and more high, especially the cutting seam width becomes smaller and smaller. Third: the cutting precision of different materials are also slightly different. Even if is the same material, if material composition is different, the precision of cutting also can have differences. Therefore, workpiece material also has certain influence to laser cutting precision. Fourth: the precision of the workbench, if workbench precision rough or other reasons can lead to high precision laser cutting effect.
