This TS1390D double heads laser engraver cutter standard with two laser heads. These two laser heads can work at the same time, you can also turn off any one of them by press side buttons. If two laser heads work at the same time, each laser head working area is 600x900mm,it suit laser engrave and cut work of some not big items, can double the processing efficiency. You can also set use only one of the laser head to work the whole 1200x900mm working area, this allow you engrave cut big items.

Observation windown design

The worktable cover is installed transparent tempered glass, it’s safer compared with acrylic cover.

Linear guider

Square sharp linear guider, small resistance, smooth sliding, low noise, good balance performance.

Dual laser heads

Standard dual laser heads use high quality metal reflector and focusing lens, can double engraving and cutting efficiency.

Laser tubes

Standard with two pieces of laser tubes. We use China top brand Reci laser tube,with 10,000hours life span and 10 month’s warranty. Optional power W1 75-90W, W2 90-100W, W4 100-130W, W6 130-160W, W8 150-180W.

Laser power supply

Constant laser power supply to laser tube, with exhaust fan.

Core control system

Adopting China top brand Ruida laser control card, reasonable wiring can reduce electromagnetic interference and enhance the stability of machine operation.

Control panel

LCD digital control panel with USB interface, support offline work.

Emergency stop button & Key switch.

Water chiller

Two sets CW3000 / CW5200 water chiller, or one set CW5202 water chiller to cooling two tubes at the same time. All water chiller are with water temperature display and alarm system, can avoid over burning keep water circulation successful.

Metal slat worktable

Metal slat worktable can meet the flatness requirment of hard materials, like wood, acrylic, etc.

Honeycomb worktable

OPTIONAL PARTS：

Motorized up and down system

Make worktable move up and down automatically, then can process materials in different thickness.

Red dot pointer & Auto focus

Red dot pointer makes laser beam visible,so adjustment of laser beam would be much easier. Auto focus can set the optimal focus according to thickness of objects automatically.
(They need work together with up and down worktable).

Worktable

Honeycomb / Metal slat/
High density metal slat worktable is used for leather, cloth and small parts cutting, the distance between two metal slat will less than 2cm.

Rotary device with roller

For heavy and fragile round materials’ engraving,such as glass cup,bottle, etc. It should work together with up and down worktable.

Rotary device with chuck

For round materials’ engraving,such as wood,etc. It should work together with up and down worktable.

CCD camera

Scan the worktable to your computer, then machine can automatically according the pattern outline. Widely used for cutting printed or woven labels, logos, decorative border, etc.

Auto feeder

Laser machine with auto feeder is suitable for engraving and cutting engrave and cut material in rolls, like fabric, leathers, cloth, etc.

Four head model

The 4 pieces laser heads can work simultaneously or work alone, many customers buy it to cut shoe leather, arts crafts,labels, etc.
