We mainly have 3 kinds of electric up down Z axis, there is a motor to control the up and down of the scan head of the laser marking machine, then no need hand rotate the handle to move up down.
1, Button control up down.
2, Software control up down.
3, Infrared sensor control up down.
With a motor to control the up down the scan head. Turn button left scan head can will up, turn button right scan head will down. Then users can use ruler or see red dot pointer coincide to find the focus length.
Users only need measure the thickness of the marking object, then input the thickness to Z , then the scan head will move up down automatically. No need use ruler again to find focus length. For example, the marking object is 43mm thickness, input 43 to Z , then scan head will move up 43mm. Each time when machine power on, the scan head will go to Origin, at this time Z=0.
There is a infrared sensor can detect the distance between focus lens and marking object. If the distance not equal to default length, the scan head will move up down automatically to auto focus.
PS：This function only suit machine with 110x110mm field lens.
