This conveyor belt is mainly design for pens mass mark, the laser marking machine can continue mark without stop, only need a worker to put on blank pens and take finish pens.
There is a pen mould put on the rotary worktable, after the laser marking machine finish mark on one pen, it will automatically rotate a angle to mark the next pen. Machine will mark without stop, only need a worker put on blank pens and take off finished pens. The pen mould can be customize, and rotate angle can set in software.
PS: The top mould can also customized to mark other object like mugs.
This is a simple mould to put pens on, each time can put 5 pens, the laser marker will mark the pen one by one. Users can buy two mould to exchange mark, when the first mould is marking, he can take off finished pens from the last mould and put on pens.
PS: This mould no need connect to machine control card, can use for any laser marking machine.
This mould also suit for mark other object like tools.
