1. Transparent window

The machine cover installed transparent tempered glass, total cover is support by gas spring.

Laser beam will stop when opening the cover, this function can protect operator from being hurt by laser beam.(this function can be easy cancelled if don’t need)

2. Square rail guide:

Square shape linear guider, small resistance, smooth sliding, low noise, have good balance performance

3. Metal slat worktable

can meet the flatness requirement of metal and had non-metalic materials, it can be replaced to honeycomb worktable.

Ladder-shape drawer under the metal slat worktable help easy collect and getting working object and waste.

4, Laser head:

With high quality metal reflector and focus lens as well as red dot pointer,it makes the working speed faster,precision higher.

5, Three mirrors and one focus lens

High quality reflection mirrors and focus lens, with high efficiency and stable performance.

6, Co2 laser tube:

China top brand RECI laser tube, 10,000 hours life time, 300 days' warranty, optional power: 60W/ 80W/ 100W/ 120W/150W. We will test every one of laser machine together with the laser tube, we can 100% make sure all our customer can get good machine from us.

7,  Control system:

DSP Control system, China top brand Ruida laser control card, reasonable wiring can reduce electromagnetic, interference and enhance the stability of machine operation

8, Control Panel and Emergency stop button and Key switch

LCD digital control panel with USB interface and DataLine Interface, support offline work.

LED light above the worktable can be turn on and turn off manually.

9, Water Chiller

CW5200 water chiller with water temperature display and alarm system can avoid over burning, keep the water circulation successfully. In the waterless state, the equipment will stop working, which can effectively protect the machine.
