High Safety Design

1. Big Green Acrylic Window, Prevent Radiation to Operator

Machine with large area visible window design, the green acrylic not only allow operator see inside the machine, can also prevent some laser radiation to operator.

2. Safety Lock, only Window Closed Can Machine Work

Machine cover with mechanical lock, only when the key insert to the lock can machine work. It’s safer and has longer life span.

3. All Touched Buttons Are DC 24V, Not 110V Nor 220V.

Machine key switch, emergency stop, LED light, and LED light on/off button all DC24V voltage, low voltage make sure operator’s safety when operate the machine.While normal laser machine on the markets are 110V or 220V.

4. Easy Servo Motor

Machine X Y axis with JMC Easy Servo motor and driver, both motor connect with a single line. Whenever detect a motor damage, machine will stop work, and laser beam stop come out from laser tube this can greatly improve security when machine work.

5. Safe And Clean Electric Up Down Worktable

Machine standard with electric up down metal slat worktable, up down distance up to max 400mm. All ball screws and belt are all covered, Effectively protects bearings and belts from laser and work waste.The closed design facilitates discharge of exhaust gases through the exhaust system.

6. Feed Longer Material Without Open the Cover

Machine front back feed material, front and back feed gate can be open without open the up cover. Feed through material the max thickness 50mm.
