MINI CNC Router Cut Copper

Copper is difficult to machine because of its high ductility and high cold workability. Tool wear  is high and chip formation very poor.The copper is so soft and will be gumming on bit while machining,so the right speed,rpmand lubrication is essential. We have to keep the tool slow and make sure the chips have good exit.There is a chance of small build up of copper around the cutting edges,as a result of not able to remove enough heat.
