optical, electric, magnetic field, extrusion vesicles, diaphragm to vibrate, pump, centrifugal force and shear force.



4. Design of aerosol pollution



this step needs to consider to choose what kind of material or method reduce the aerosol pollution as much as possible. Now can take method is as follows:



sealed reaction system after amplification, whole sealing system, silicone oil seal, after joining samples, seal sample button hole, the structure, sealing by hand.



5. Instrument signal detection



the microfluidic droplet signal acquisition, here comes to the main techniques are:



visual read, read and amplification curve electrical signals.



6. Supporting software system



of course, light has a good microfluidic system chip is not enough, also need a simple and practical software system, it can greatly improve the user experience.
