CNC engraving machine maintenance
( 1) Often adjust sliding scale, scale pointer and adjustable handle and maintain the
section of the system.
( 2) Sliding part of the lathe bed and end frame will often drops of mechanical lubricating oil.
( 3) Often should check whether the mounting screw fastening properly, if there are any loose fastening immediately, so as not to cause serious accidents.
( 4) Pay attention to the protection of motor, regular cleaning, wipe the dust.
( 5) When the carbon brush wear to 5 ~ 6 ram, two carbon brushes should be replaced at the same time. Often keep the carbon brush clean, ensure the free sliding in the clip.
( 6) Make insulation inspection on a regular basis. If found defective insulation, should immediately ruled out. When operating in a wet environment, should do dry with motor on a regular basis.
